<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for performing the relation classification processing for organizations based on electronic communication such as an electronic mail. <P>SOLUTION: This communication analyzing device 200 is configured to perform the relation classification processing for organizations based on the respective information of the electronic communication quantity of an electronic mail to be transmitted/received between organizations, the physical distance of the organizations, a systematic distance and a distance in terms of process.
