PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve devices capable of suppressing back flow of a liquid while the flow rate of the liquid is ensured, and a liquid jetting devices. SOLUTION: The devices comprises a base material 31, a film 34 and a protective plate 39. In the base material 31, a feeding opening 35 communicated with an ink cartridge 16 side, and a discharging opening 37 communicated with a recording head 13 side are opened and formed on one side face side. The film 34 is fixed on one side face of the base material 31 so as to be deflectively deformable, and when the film is deflected in the valve closing direction, it closes the discharging opening 37 to stop the flow of the ink between the feeding opening 35 and the discharging opening 37, and when the film is deflected in the valve opening direction, it opens the feeding opening 35 and the discharging opening 37 to allow the ink to flow between the feeding opening 35 and the discharging opening 37. The protective plate 39 protects the surface of the film 34. On the opposing face of the protective plate 39 to the film 34, a channel 44 positioned by a definite interval from one side face of the base material 31, and a pedestal 43 positioned by a shorter interval from one side face of the base material 31 than the channel 44 are provided.
