PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof box with which the operation to an an operation box is selectively usable in and out of the soundproof box without being accompanied by the transportation work of the operation box with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The soundproof box 100 is equipped with an aperture 13 which is disposed in a side wall part 11 and a movable box body 5 which is attached to the aperture 13 so as to be made turnably operated around a perpendicular axis, and enables the selection of two modes; a storage mode of the box body existing on the inner side of the side wall part 1 and a draw-out mode of the box body drawn out to the outer side of the side wall part 11. The movable box body 5 has an operation panel mounting surface 51 on which the operation panel 6 is mounted and a side wall forming surface 52 capable of forming a portion of the side wall part 11. In addition, in the storage mode, the side wall forming surface 52 closes the aperture 13 to control a portion of the side wall part 11 and in the draw-out mode, the operation panel mounting surface 51 exposes to the outer side of the side wall part 11 and makes the operation panel operative from the outer side of the soundproof box 100.
