PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a styrene-based soft thermoplastic resin composition excellent in extrusion processability and flexibility as well as in coatability, printability and multilayer moldability. SOLUTION: The soft thermoplastic composition comprises 15-80 pts.wt. of a styrene elastomer (A), 5-80 pts.wt. of a partially or wholly crosslinked ethylene copolymer (B) comprised of 5-60 wt% of at least one vinyl monomer, selected from among vinyl acetate, an acrylate and a methacrylate, and ethylene, a styrene thermoplastic resin (C) containing an unsaturated nitrile monomer unit, and a polyester elastomer (D), where the total amount of the components (C) and (D) is 15-80 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the total of the components (A), (B), (C) and (D).
