PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to reduce capacity of a clutch by preventing return torque input to an output shaft from a tire from being increased and transmitted to the clutch. SOLUTION: A first intermediate shaft 14 in parallel with a main turbine shaft 7 is provided with a first intermediate gear 15, an input gear 16, and a regular rotation clutch 18 including a regular rotation clutch gear 19. The first intermediate gear 15 of the first intermediate shaft 14 is made to mesh with a main turbine gear 12 of a larger diameter than the first intermediate gear 15 firmly fitted on the main turbine shaft 7 and the input gear 16 is made to mesh with a auxiliary turbine gear 13 firmly fitted on an auxiliary turbine shaft 8 via an idle gear 17 for reversing rotation direction. A second intermediate shaft 22 in parallel with the first intermediate shaft 14 is provided with a second intermediate gear 23 meshing with the first intermediate gear 15 and a clutch 24 for reverse rotation. The clutch gears 19, 25 of the clutch 24 for reverse rotation and the clutch 18 for regular rotation are made to mesh with an output gear 21 of larger diameter than both of the clutch gears firmly fitted on the output shaft 20.
