PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent degradation of productivity by reducing a time a machine is stopping as much as possible even when a punch dust box is removed from the machine. SOLUTION: This sheet punching device is provided with conveying passages R1, R2, R2a, R2b for conveying a sheet, conveying rollers 1-16 arranged along the conveying passages R1, R2, R2a, R2b, a punching unit 100 for punching the paper conveyed by these conveying rollers, and the punch dust box 103 for housing punch dust 104 generated by punching operation of the punching unit 100, and is provided with a cutting plate 102 for cutting a dropping path of the punch dust 104 generated by the punching unit 100 to the punch dust box 103, and the cutting plate 102 has a housing function of the punch dust 104.
