PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo handling vehicle capable of checking the load position, in particular, the center position of a load, and adequately supporting the cargo even in a dark warehouse, or even when a load supporting means is rotated such as a roll clamp device. SOLUTION: A roll clamp device 6 has an arm 16 turned around a shaft 15 fixed and supported forward of a vehicle body 1, and a light emitting device 18 to emit laser beams B toward the arm 13 side is installed on the center of the shaft 15. A shutter 19 having a slit 20 to transmit a part of the laser beams B forward of the light emitting device 18 is arranged on the turning arm 13 side. Even when the arm 13 is turned, the position of the laser beams B is unchanged, and the center position of a load L can be reliably visually recognized. By setting the shape of the slit so that the transmission shape of the laser beams B is changed according to the rotation of the shutter 19, the rotational angle of the arm 13 can be easily and visually recognized by the shape.
