PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a media agitation type wet disperser which is capable of conducting the dispersion by nanometer order and is excellent in classification performance with large scale. SOLUTION: The media agitation type wet disperser is provided with a cylindrical dispersion tank 2, a hollow rotation shaft 3, an outer rotor 4 which is equipped with a plurality of blades tubularly arranged and which generates centrifugal force and, an inner rotor 5 positioned at the inner side of the outer rotor 4 which is equipped with blades tubularly arranged and which generates centrifugal force. The material to be treated forms circulation flow to circulate the inside and outside of the outer rotor 4 and is acted by the dispersing function and the classification function in harmonization.
