A casing (22) of flexible, springy material is fitted around the periphery of a cartridge case unit (13) put in the receiving opening (12) of a fitting main body (11). The casing includes positioning stops or projections at the inner periphery engaged to the cartridge case unit, and peripherally spaced hooks at the top part engaged to the receiving opening. The case unit also connects a warm water inlet (14) and cold water inlet (15).
