<p>The arrangement has a source (1) to generate a reference signal and a spectrum analyzer (7) or other device suitable for measuring noise levels. The reference signal is divided into two and then runs through two objects (4,5) to be measured. Then the two signals are combined with a 180 deg phase change. The reference signal is substantially cancelled out by the 180 degree phase difference. The combined signal with the noise component of the objects is fed to the noise analyzer.</p> |
