<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus capable of decreasing the memory capacity of an image forming apparatus and raising the security by avoiding to store printing data in the image forming apparatus when printing is performed again in relation to an event. <P>SOLUTION: A server apparatus is equipped with a server side receiving part for receiving set data containing event information detected by the image forming apparatus, a server side storing part for storing the set data received in accordance with the corresponding event information, a printing indicating part for receiving a printing indication specifying at least the event information, an event information acquiring part for acquiring the set data corresponding to the specified event information from the server side storing part, a printing job requesting part for forming printing requesting data based on the acquired set data, and a server side transmitting part for transmitting the printing requesting data to a host apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
