摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable highly precise laser machining at a low cost, by eliminating machining errors caused by a difference of data transfer time to a shaft drive section and to a laser oscillator, in a laser machining system. <P>SOLUTION: The laser machining system 10 comprises a laser machine 12, the shaft drive section 14 to drive a control shaft of the laser machine, the laser oscillator 16 to supply laser beam to the laser machine, a control mechanism 18 to control the shaft drive section and the laser oscillator, and transfer lines 20 to connect the shaft drive section and the laser oscillator to the control mechanism in a daisy chain manner. The control mechanism comprises a data forming section 24 to form a movement data and a laser output condition data from a laser machining program 22, a data conversion section 26 to convert the formed movement data and the laser output condition data into a serial data according to a communication data format common to both the shaft drive section and the laser oscillator, and a data transmission section 28 to transmit the acquired serial data to the transfer lines in a predetermined command cycle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p>
