AUTOMOBILE INTERIOR COMPONENT USING PROPYLENE RESIN COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably provide automobile interior components having desired physical properties by molding a propylene polymer composition by using a mold having a specified surface shape.

SOLUTION: The propylene resin composition satisfies a condition (A) and a condition (B). The condition (A) requires that an arithmetic mean value Sa[=(S1+S2)×1,000/2] is 7-15 where S1 and S2 are molding shrinkage factors in orthogonal directions. The condition (B) requires that a peak temperature of crystallization measured by a DSC (differential scanning calorimetry) is 100°C or higher. The propylene resin composition is formed by the injection molding using a mold satisfying a condition (I) and a condition (II) in order to obtain the automobile interior components. The condition (I) requires that a mold surface excluding a designed surface has a part with a 10 point average roughness (Rz) of 1-50 μm. The condition (II) requires that the mold surface excluding the design surface has a part, in which an average distance (Lm) between projected parts in the surface is less than 120 μm.
