<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion device comprising a pilot burner and a main burner and capable of providing a stable combustion state without generating CO and unburned matters in a main burner even when the supply of a gas fuel to the pilot burner is stopped. <P>SOLUTION: In this combustion device comprising the pilot burner 50 and the main burner 10, the amount of air supplied to the pilot burner 50 can be adjusted when the main burner is in a combustion state.
