PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid lens which has an improved adhesive force between a glass lens substrate and a resin layer and to provide a manufacturing method of the hybrid lens. SOLUTION: The hybrid lens is provided with the glass lens substrate 2 and the resin layer 3 which is adhesively formed on either side surface of an incident surface and an outgoing surface, or on both side surfaces of the glass lens substrate 2. Further, the hybrid lens has an engagement part on which the glass lens substrate 2 and the resin layer 3 are engaged with each other and, on the engagement part, a resin composition which forms the resin layer 3 is integrally engaged and hardened with the glass lens substrate 2.
