PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the complication of the construction of a metal mold by stably attaching to an object to be mounted a frame member provided with a retaining arm part having an engagement projection arranged inward in a predetermined direction among members constituting a blower, integrally forming the frame member in the hollow of the mold of the metal mold for molding, and forming the frame member into a separable shape without substantial deformation by separating in a fixed direction a metal mold piece of one part from the other metal mold piece. SOLUTION: The retaining arm part 40 of the frame member 20 of the blower F is arranged to be projected to farther both outer sides of a body part 30 in a direction projected to and perpendicular to an axial direction. An engagement projection 42 is provided inward in a longitudinal direction in an axial end part projected to farther both outer sides of the body part 30 in the retaining arm part 40. The engagement projection 42 is provided to the axial end part projected to farther outer sides of the body part 30 in the retaining arm part 40, and positioned in such a manner that the other part in the frame member 20 does not exist in the axial direction of the engagement projection 42.
