PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent magnetic flux leakage between teeth in a stator of a motor having a laminated core, and to manufacture the laminated core easily. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of a stator of a motor includes a process of forming the laminated core 12 by laminating cores having a plurality of teeth pieces 11a arranged radially, and connected portions 11b that connect the inside circumferential side ends of each neighboring teeth pieces; a process of winding a wire 13 around the teeth of the laminated core; a process of inserting and fixing a cylindrical external core 14 onto the outside circumference of the laminated core in such a way as to close contact the outside circumferential ends 11c of the teeth pieces; and a process of cutting the connected portions.
