PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid battery capable of instantaneously outputting power and having high energy capacity. SOLUTION: A negative active material molding 3 is arranged on one side of a positive active material molding 1 via a separator 2, a fibrous activated carbon molding 4 is arranged on the other side of the positive active material molding 1 via the separator 2, the positive active material molding 1 is connected to a positive current collector 5, and the negative active material molding 3 and the fibrous activated carbon molding 4 are connected to a negative current collector 6.
