PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling joint structure of a boat capable of transmitting the output of an engine certainly to a propeller shaft and suppressing the centrifugal force. SOLUTION: The coupling joint structure 30 of the boat is equipped with a driving side coupler 41 installed on the output shaft 31, a following side coupler 42 mounted on the propeller shaft 28, a damper 43 interposed between the following side coupler 42 and the driving side coupler 41, driving side pawls 47 provided on the driving side coupler 41, and following side pawls 58 provided on the following side coupler 42. In the first curving part 55 of the driving side pawl 47, the thickness t1 of its root part is made larger than the thickness t2 of the forefront part.
