PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent outer circumference part (screw groove part) of a tapping screw prepared hole from being drawn to a first connecting member side and deforming projectingly when a tapping screw is screwed in and fastened in the tapping screw prepared hole. SOLUTION: When inner diameter of a tapping screw penetration hole 1a is defined as (e) and an outer diameter of the tapping screw 3 is defined as (d), the hole is formed as d≤e≤1.03d. Inner diameter difference between inner diameter (f) of the tapping screw prepared hole 2a and inner diameter (e) of the tapping screw penetration hole 1a (d≤e≤1.03s, e>1.04d in conventional technology) is small. Consequently, outer circumference part of the tapping screw prepared hole 2a is drawn to an inside of the tapping screw penetration hole 1a by a screwed-in tapping screw 3 but hardly deforms.
