PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a single broad space with no column in a unit building. SOLUTION: In this unit building 1 using a building unit 10 constituted by joining a column 11, a floor beam 12 and a ceiling beam 13 together, column-and-beam-omitted corner sections, which are determined in respective building units 10 adjacent to each other, are arranged in such a manner as to butt against each other by using column-omitted joints 30 of the building units 10, and the plurality of column-omitted joints 30 (30A and 30B) are provided in the state of facing the single broad space with no column.
