PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare markers by optimally combining patterns of products of different sizes and to automatically prepare a cutting plan for determining the optimum combination of the already prepared markers with raw fabrics so that the raw fabrics of sheet materials used for cutting can effectively be used and operation time can be shortened when the products are produced from the sheet materials. SOLUTION: The combination of sizes is determined according to fabric extending conditions, cutting conditions, pattern data of each size and the number of sheets produced to prepare the markers. The distribution of the markers is carried out for each raw fabric. The optimum combination of the raw fabrics with the markers in which the amount of residual raw fabrics after production of the products is large with a slight number of the total markers used and the number of the laminated sheet materials in each marker are determined. Thereby, the raw fabrics of the plurality of prepared sheet materials are efficiently used and the cutting plan shortening the production time can automatically be prepared in a short time.
