PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear tray structure of a vehicle capable of reducing vibration in the vertical direction of a rear tray. SOLUTION: A polygonal cross-section shape closed cross-section part 6 extending in the width direction is integrally formed across an indoor part and a trunk room on the rear tray 1.
