PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an agitator capable of easily and continuously performing agitation without shaking a hand nor securing a power source. SOLUTION: The agitator includes: a handle; and an agitation shaft. The agitation shaft is rotated by vertically moving the handle, so as to utilize its return action.
