PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eyed hook which is used for management angling waters, easily hooks a fish, and does not unhook the fish, because of deeply and stably hooking the fish with the point. SOLUTION: This eyed hook for management angling waters is characterized by bending a hook wire to form a loop-like eye at the base end of the hook wire, wherein in the bending process the extended portion of the base end portion is bent on the outside of a hook shape to form the eye in an offset shape. Since the opening of the hook is wide, the hook is easily swallowed from the throat portion of a fish to hook the fish. Since the hook is deeply and stably hooked, the hook little unhooks.
