PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mount for attaching a card, which prevents damage to an displayed entry part except a card fixing position, because the separation of a transparent film does not progress in an area except a transparent film-stuck area, when the transparent film for covering the card is separated from the card mount having the structure of fixing the card onto the mount by sticking the transparent film. SOLUTION: This mount, the surface of which is provided with at least a document entry part and a card attaching part, is used for attaching the card by sticking an outer peripheral edge of a plastic film for covering the placed card. The mount for attaching the card is characterized in that a half-cut line is perforated from the front side of the mount in a position to partition the card attaching part and the document entry part, on the outer periphery of the stuck part of the plastic film.
