The combined heat and power generation plant has a heater (3) which is arranged in the combustion chamber (5) with a burner (4). The exhaust gas of the stirling engine (1) is conducted over the displacement body (8) in the center of the heat exchanger (6) in the area of the heat transfer surfaces.
