Communication system has broadcast-communication network, mobile radio-communication network and a mobile radio-subscriber device. The communication system has a storage device for storage of broadcast user's priority of the users of the mobile radio-subscriber device, which is assigned to the user for using broadcast-communication services. A broadcast-server unit is arranged to provide broadcast communication services. A controller is arranged to communication system for framing the use of the broadcast-communication services, using communication connection between the mobile radio-subscriber device and the mobile radio-communication network radio resource on the basis of the broadcast-user priority. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) Method to control mobile radio communication network; (B) Mobile radio subscriber unit; (C) Method to control mobile radio subscriber unit; (D) Method to control communication system; (E) Server unit; and (F) Method to control server unit.
