Fixing clamp

The clamp (10) has a deformable web (15) connecting inner and outer sleeves (14, 16) and displacing the sleeve (14) with respect to the sleeve (16), where the sleeves and the web are formed in a central part. The web formed of two annular membranes connected at a level of the sleeve (16) diverges from the sleeve (16). The sleeve (14) is traversed by a harness (8) which is integrated to the sleeve (14) by a clamp collar (20) tightened around the sleeve (14).
