<p>The invention relates to an integrated thin film solar cell, particularly relating to an integrated thin film solar cell capable of being obtained through low-cost procedures and minimizing losses of integrated solar cell caused in the manufacturing process, and a method for manufacturing the solar cell, as well as a method for processing a transparent electrode of the integrated thin film solar cell; wherein, effective area can be widened, and manufacturing cost can be lowered through minimizing the (insulating) space among unit cells of the integrated thin film solar cell; the invention also relates to structure of the transparent electrode, and a transparent substrate provided with transparent electrode. The method for manufacturing the thin film solar cell comprises following procedures: (a) singularly forming a pattern of the transparent electrode on the transparent substrate; (b) forming a solar cell (semi-conductor) layer on the substrate of the procedure (a); (c) forming a first hinder electrode through incline sediment of conductive material on the solar cell (semi-conductor) layer; (d) etching the solar cell (semi-conductor) layer through an application of the first hinder electrode as a mask; and (e) forming a second hinder electrode through incline sediment of metal on the substrate of the procedure (d) in order to electrically connect the transparent electrode and the first electrode.</p> |
