A waterproof sleeve for a pipe is provided to prevent intrusion of concrete and moisture, when concrete is poured, to readily perform installation of the waterproof sleeve and a pipeline. A waterproof sleeve for a pipe includes a main body(10), a fixing member(20), a cap(30), and a closing panel(40). The main body has a hollow part for accommodating a pipe, hooking grooves formed at both ends, and threaded part formed at the both ends. The fixing member is inserted into the hooking grooves to support an outer periphery of the pipe and sequentially couple a fixing ring, a washer, and a sealing member. The cap has an insertion hole through which the pipe passes, and a threaded part formed at an inner end to be fastened to the threaded part of the main body. The closing panel is inserted into the insertion hole of the cap to prevent intrusion of foreign substances.
