FIELD: engineering of devices for spraying liquid materials by means of compressed gases, in particular for pneumatic spraying and application of paints, suspensions, solutions onto surfaces being covered, possible use in various technological processes and various industrial branches. ^ SUBSTANCE: sprayer head contains material nozzle, air nozzle, enveloping material nozzle and closing needle element, mounted in the channel for feeding substance being sprayed of material nozzle. Material nozzle and closing needle element are made composite. Working parts of material nozzle and closing needle element are made of high strength ceramics. ^ EFFECT: increased resource of sprayer head, increased quality of cover being applied, preservation of stability of characteristics of spraying torch. ^ 1 dwg |
