Fitting body (1) comprises at least one tubular free end (2) for connecting to pipelines. The free end has at least one catch recess (7) for engaging with a catch protrusion of a pipeline coupling interacting with the free end of the fitting body. The catch recess has at least on one of its sides a ramp surface (6) for the catch protrusion. An independent claim is also included for a system comprising a fitting body and a pipeline coupling.
