The arrangement has a flap which has an outer shell (22) and an inner flap frame (21) holding the shell. The frame is situated at least partly on the edge running around the shell and has a U-shaped cross-section (26) with a base (27) and two limbs (28,29) of which the first limb faces the opening edge surrounding the bodywork opening. It also has a hinge on which are two pivotable hinged parts and which is connected to the frame with two fastening elements (31). The limbs can be used to adjust the flap on the vehicle bodywork.
