FIELD: gene engineering, virology, veterinary. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to DNA-vaccine against canine distemper virus (CDV). Said vaccine includes at least one DNA-plasmid and cationic lipid containing ammonium salt of formula represented in claim 1 as adjuvant. DNA-plasmid also contains and expresses in host-cells nucleotide sequence encoding CVD immunogene. Nucleotide sequence contains deletion of site, encoding transmembrane domain.
