PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably stop rotation at a desired rotating position, by providing a magnet body positioning plate which is fixed to a shaft adjacent to a synthetic resin ring, and inserting tip of a handle, which is provided so as to be moved back and forth at the side of a holder, into a hole provided on the positioning plate, thereby fixing the turning position. SOLUTION: Shafts 5 are rotatably supported by a pair of holders 1. One of the shafts 5 is provided with a rotation stop tool 11 and fitted with a synthetic resin ring 8 made of nylon or the like of which clamping force is adjustable. A magnet body positioning plate 12, which is fixed to the shaft 5, is provided adjacent to the fitted synthetic resin ring 8. The tip of a handle 13, which is provided so as to be moved back and forth at the side of the holder 1, is inserted into a hole 17 provided on the positioning plate 12, thus fixing the turning position. Further, clamping force of a clamping bolt which is provided at an axially divided portion 9 of the synthetic resin ring 8 is increased or decreased so as to adjust braking force. In this way, turning can be reliably stopped at a desired turning position. |
