FIELD: sealing. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed non-metering out cover is designed for closing opening of vessel. Cover can be shifted from closed position in which it seals opening and open position located at a distance from opening. Cover contains body fastened on said vessel and provided with first mainly rigid part made of first material, and second part moulded from second material onto first rigid part and secured with first rigid part to form section of perimeter on outer surface of cover.
