NON-CONTACT ID CARD AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

There are provided a non-contact ID card having excellent productivity and electric characteristic and a method for manufacturing such a non-contact ID card. The non-contact ID card includes an antenna circuit substrate having a base on which an antenna is formed and an interposer substrate having a base on which an IC chip is mounted and an extended electrode connected to the electrode of the IC chip is formed. The two substrates are stacked in such a manner that the electrode of the antenna is attached to the extended electrode. The non- contact ID card is characterized in that at least one of the electrode of the antenna and the extended electrode has a junction surface having scattered fine concave portions filled with insulating adhesive for attachment between the two electrodes.
