According to said improvements, the ears of the tooth have staggered guides on the top and bottom combined with widened areas on the ends to provide greate r reinforcement and an inner projecting stop at least in one of said ears, whi ch can be guided in a corresponding straight guide of the tooth holder. Once assembled, it can retain the key from behind, said key being disposed in a generally vertical key-slot in the body of the tooth holder and having a slightly curved and inclined structure.
