A device for controlling the generation of an explosive and warning sound for expelling birds is provided to control a bird expelling unit from the remote place by an RF(Radio Frequency) signal and to suppress resistance of birds by regulating the size, cycle, and generation times of the explosive sound. Explosive sound generating units(50) are installed on the farmland or runway at regular intervals and provided with controllers for continuously or intermittently generating the explosive sound according to an input state of a pre-set ID(Identification) code signal with changing the size, cycle, and generation times of the explosive sound. First RF transceivers(10) are installed correspondently to each explosive sound generating unit to receive and transmit the ID code signal operating the explosive sound generating unit, to the explosive sound generating unit or transmit the malfunction state of the explosive sound generating unit to a first control unit(120). The first control unit is equipped with a second RF transceiver(121) correspondent to the first RF transceiver and installed apart from the explosive sound generating unit to operate the explosive sound generating unit by sending the ID code signal set correspondently to each explosive sound generating unit from the second RF transceiver to the first RF transceiver and check and control the malfunction state by receiving a malfunction signal from the first RF transceiver through the second RF transceiver.
