<p>PURPOSE: Provided is a device for manufacturing three-dimensional patterned glass, which produces three-dimensional patterned glass having a smooth and leveled surface, improves the productivity and reduces the energy consumption and costs. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises: a lower chamber(10) having a rectangular shape and including a heater(12) embedded therein and a support plate formed on the top surface; a powder mold formed of ceramic powder in the form of a three-dimensional pattern; a heating cover(30) having a rectangular shape, covering the lower chamber(10) and having a heater(31) embedded therein; a heat-insulation cover having a rectangular shape and having a vertical frame for the conveyance along an inside rail(58) and a caster; a conveyor(50) for the conveyance of the heating cover(30) on an outside rail(51). The three-dimensional patterned glass is obtained by disposing float glass on the powder mold, closing the heating cover(30) and then heating the float glass by the heater(12,31).</p> |
