The disclosed herein olive-harvesting device is composed of the framework 10 whereto there are applied two branch-cutting shafts 1,2 bearing the blades 11,14. Under the shaft 1, a perforated sheet iron foil or mesh 17 is placed. An air turbine 18, screens 8 and a funnel 6 ensure the collection of a cleaner product. The conveyor 5 or the transport screw 9 conveys the olive fruit to openings allowing their sacking. The whole olive-harvesting process is automated and safe for the operators of the device. |
