The method for preventing postoperative complications in the surgical dentistry consists in intraoperative local infiltrative administration of the drugs possessing anti-inflammatory properties. 0.1% L-lysine escinate is injected intravenously and 2.5% thiotriasoline is administered into the tissues of paravulnar area. Thiotriasoline is used also in the form of tablets postoperatively.
