The method for modeling the fractures of the mandible in the laboratory animals (rats) comprises wounding the body of mandible and the appropriate postoperative regimen management. The external access in provided at the level of the medial radix of the first molar and the mental opening is cut. Thenthe external wound is sutures keeping the principles of asepsis and antiseptics.
