A method of intensification of the post-harvest processing of corn crop, at which the criteria of separation and their rational value are determined for successive isolation of maximally possible quantity of grain of the basic culture of specified pureness by each operating unit of grain cleaner which is a part of processing line for post-harvest processing of each portion of harvest.
