A device for shaping of dense catalyst layers in the reaction space of tubular reactors and furnaces consists of fixed on basis and technologically connected together bunker, dosing system and rope with fixed on it brakes with stage arrangement of ray-like plates on each of them, moreover the stages are located at a distance, less than two, but more than one characteristic granular sizes of catalyst. The dosing system includes vibrating chute equipped with electric drive, and detachable funnel, moreover, the vibrating chute is located under the bunker thus that its inlet is connected to the outlet of bunker, and its outlet through the detachable funnel is connected to the pipe, which is loaded.
