A device for crushing material contains a housing, in which are located in series a receiving bunker, feeding rolls, which have the capability to rotate towards each other, guiding element located between the rolls and a mixer located in the discharge bunker, a drum with cutters and a discharge bunker. The drum is made in the form of a set of disks, each has 4-8 cutters mounted at an angle of 12-25 DEGREE relative to each other.
