Gate, drain and source connection electrodes (6g,6d,6s) are provided on the substrate. The signal line has an inter-gate/drain-slot line (4gd), an inter-drain/source-slot line (4ds) and an inter-gate/source-slot line (4gs) connected together in a region occupied by the field effect transistor.
