An appliance for strengthening and tightening pipeline has gripping element, this is arranged as flexible strip with elastic support. The body of the appliance is made of profiles, e.g. rectangular ones, the front sides of those are arranged with possibility of tightening to each other, and to the back sides in length ends of a band are attached.
