A method to grow seedlings includes using pots of polymer materials. Prior to pouring a substrate into a single pot a polyethylene insert with an opening for aerating the substrate and flowing down the excessive watering water, coinciding with a bottom opening of the pot, is inserted, and upper edges thereof project above the soil mixture for 3-4 cm.
